The Wash Wizards offer a quality laundry pick up & delivery service with a 24 hour turnaround. Your laundry is always done separately in our high efficient, water wise washers with the best free & clear detergent. We fold your clothes neatly right out of the dryer. Everything comes back to you folded and packaged in a cloth laundry bag that is provided free of charge. The Wash Wizards is a family business that operates its own laundry facilities.
Pickup and delivery is available Monday thru Saturday from 7AM to 11AM and again from 4PM to 8PM. From receiving your order we will have you clothes back to you in 24 hours.
There is a $30 order minimum.
We accept all major credit or debit cards. When your order is delivered we weigh the laundry, take note of any special instructions or items like blankets and sheets, and we charge the card you entered when you placed your order.
Not at all. Wash Wizards will pick up and drop off your laundry from your porch even if no one is at home. We can even collect and deliver your laundry from a designated area with your clear instructions, say on the side of your home or in an entry way. This way you'll know your garments are safe and secure.
However if you want to meet us when we deliver your order, you can select a time window when you know you will be at home. It doesn't get more convenient than that!
Your clothing is never washed with another order. All clothing is washed in an appropriately sized washer for the load you give us.
We use hypoallergenic, scent-free detergent on all Wash and Fold orders. We do offer dryer sheets upon request. We do our best to accommodate special instructions, such as drying on lower temperatures or washing on hot. However, there may be an extra charge for some requests, based on the cost associated. Please don’t hesitate to contact us or include the instruction when you place the order.
Yes. Same day service is available at $2.00 per pound. Cut off time for this service is 11AM.
We sure do! Turn-around for dry cleaning is 48-hours, and not 24-hours.
It certainly will. We make every effort to protect your information. We only use your private information to process your order and is never shared with any outside parties.
Yes. We encourage you to set up an account with The Wash Wizards under the “Your Account” tab. This will help us to process your order accurately and quickly.
